Lacie Wortham

Certified Rolfer, LMT

I was born and raised in Kenai, located in south central Alaska. I attended Fort Lewis College and Pacific Lutheran University where I studied Exercise Science and Athletic Training. As a way of helping others acquire a greater state of health and overall well-being, I decided to pursue a career as a Rolfer. I graduated from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in the spring of 2013 and later obtained my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

My passion first arose at the age of 15 when I sought Rolfing for a sports related injury. Not only did it help me quickly overcome that injury, it also improved my athletic performance and allowed me to remain healthy and pain-free. Since then, my passion for this work has continued to grow. I strive to help people feel better in their bodies and thus improving their overall quality of life.

Vanessa Anderson

Structural Integration practitioner

I was born and raised in Kenai, Alaska. I attended Kenai Peninsula College where I studied as an emergency medical technician before moving to Anchorage.

In 2015 I was involved in a car accident that left me injured and in constant pain. Looking for a lasting way to be pain free, I came to find Rolfing. After my ten session series I felt like I had my life back. Believing strongly in the positive impact of structural integration, I was inspired to become a practitioner.

With 1300 curriculum hours, I graduated from The New School of Structural Integration in Laguna Beach, California in 2020.
